Raymond Kongwa

Raymond Kongwa is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal and executive communications. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Strategist at Cross Catholic Outreach since August 2022, Raymond develops and implements strategies to align staff with ministry goals. Previously, Raymond worked as an Internal and Executive Communications Coordinator at BayCare Health System, providing strategic communication support to senior leadership and connecting team members with organizational objectives. An extensive freelance background as an Executive Communications Consultant complements earlier roles as a Senior Reporter at The Nassau Guardian and Assistant News Director at The Confidential Source Newspaper. Raymond holds a Master of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Lambuth University.
