Balasubramanian Iyer

Bala Iyer's work experience includes a variety of roles in analytics and technology. Balasubramanian (Bala) started their career as a Software Engineer at Xansa Ltd in 1998 before moving to eBusinessDesign Inc as a Senior Software Engineer in 2000. In 2002, they worked as a Technical Lead at Critical Resource Technology, INC, and later as a Project Manager and Technical Lead at Ryder System Inc. Bala joined Cross Country Healthcare in 2011 and held various positions, including Senior Operations Research Analyst and Manager of Financial & Business Analytics. Balasubramanian (Bala)'smost recent role at Cross Country Healthcare is Vice President of Analytics, which they began in January 2022.
