Gerald joined Cross Country Healthcare in August of 2020 and is responsible for leading all aspects of B2B and B2C marketing. He has more than 25 years global CMO experience across the human capital, talent management, HR consulting & technology, SaaS and staffing segments. Gerald brings a successful track record of delivering exceptional brand experiences, simulating revenue growth and executing innovative digital marketing initiatives fueled by previous leadership roles with Mercer, Right Management, Manpower Group and most recently as CMO at Oasis Outsourcing. Purgay holds a Masters of Business Administration in Global Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada.
