Hunter Smith

Hunter Smith has extensive work experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Hunter currently serves as the VP of Enterprise Client Solutions at Cross Country Healthcare. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Aya Healthcare from 2017 to 2021. Hunter also served as the Executive Vice President at Austin Major Group from 2015 to 2017 and as the Regional Vice President of the Advanced Practice Division at Staff Care from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Hunter worked as the Director of Recruiting at InteliStaf Travel from 2008 to 2010 and as a Team Leader at Martin Fletcher from 2005 to 2008.

Hunter Smith completed their MBA from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Communication Arts from Austin College between 2001 and 2005.
