Jaisa Creps

Jaisa Creps is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resources management. Currently, Jaisa serves as the Assistant Director of Recruiting at Cross Country Healthcare, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment efforts since August 2021. Jaisa also owns and operates Jaisa's Softball Lessons, coordinating clinics and camps for softball athletes in Los Angeles since 2007. Previous roles encompass positions such as Benefits Consultant at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and Compensation and Benefits Manager at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, as well as earlier HR roles at UCLA Health and American Health Services. Jaisa holds a Bachelor's degree in History with a Minor in Education and Public Policies from UCLA, completed in 2007.
