James Anderson

James Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. James has held various leadership roles in companies like Cross Country Healthcare, 365 Retail Markets, Kelly Services, Meridian Health Plan, Beaumont Health System, Michigan First Credit Union, Flagstar Bank, Chrysler, DaimlerChrysler, and Anderson Studio.

In their most recent role as Group Vice President, Solution Delivery at Cross Country Healthcare, James oversees the integration and delivery of various applications and leads the enterprise QA testing and offshore development teams. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Application Solution Delivery at the same company, where they led integrations and was responsible for application development and delivery.

Before joining Cross Country Healthcare, James worked as the Vice President of Software Engineering at 365 Retail Markets, where they led software development teams and was responsible for point of sale kiosk systems, touchless self-serve automation, and mobile applications.

James Anderson attended Marygrove College from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications, including ITIL V3 from HP (year not specified) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in April 2021.
