Kathy Shute

Kathy Shute has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and staffing. Kathy currently works as the Senior Director of Program Operations at Cross Country Healthcare. In their role, they support the Vice President of Professional Services on recruitment process outsourcing and other direct hire staffing programs. Prior to this, Kathy held various positions at Workforce Solutions Group, including Director of Recruitment and Senior Recruiter for professional services. Kathy also worked at 24 Seven Inc. as a Direct Hire Recruiter, specializing in marketing, web, and creative services positions. Earlier in their career, Kathy served as a Manager of Recruitment at HR ONLY, where they developed and maintained client relationships and placed qualified HR professionals for direct hire and contract opportunities. Kathy also worked as an Account Manager at Corestaff Services, focusing on new client development in Orange County.

Kathy Shute earned an A.S. degree in Marketing from Greenfield College in Greenfield, MA between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, they completed the Landmark Forum and various seminars on Relationships, Life Goals, and Financial Success at Landmark.
