Lauren Kennett

Lauren Kennett has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Lauren began their career at MedStaff Healthcare Solutions in 2005, where they served as the Director of Recruiting. During their time there, they focused on expanding the company's healthcare professional network. In 2019, they joined Cross Country Nurses as a Recruiting Director before transitioning to Cross Country Healthcare later that year. At Cross Country Healthcare, they held multiple roles, including Business Project Lead, Director of Local Market Recruitment, Senior Director of Operations, and currently serves as the VP of Strategic Operations.

Lauren Kennett received their BS in Business Management from Villanova University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
