Preethy Varghese

Preethy Varghese has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Preethy most recently worked as the Head of Human Resources - India at Cross Country Healthcare, where they implemented talent acquisition strategies, executed HR programs, and facilitated policy implementation. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cognizant, collaborating on HR growth and enhancing productivity. Preethy also worked as a Senior Manager - HR at TriZetto, where they managed HR portfolios, analyzed people metrics, and reviewed vendor performance. Preethy began their career at WNS Global Services as a Manager - Human Resources, providing comprehensive HR support and optimizing processes.

Preethy Varghese completed an Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources (MPM) from the University of Pune from 2002 to 2004. Preethy'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from CHM College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Preethy also holds certification in HR Analytics from CHRMP, obtained in July 2021.
