Utkarsh Tomar

Utkarsh Tomar currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Quince since January 2024. Prior to this role, Utkarsh held the position of Head of Human Resources at Demandlane, where the focus was on building the People function across the US, Romania, and India. From January 2020 to July 2023, Utkarsh was the Human Resources Director at Observe.AI, contributing to the establishment of the People function. Earlier experience includes serving as the Senior HR Business Partner Manager at Flipkart, overseeing HR functions for multiple departments, and as an HR Business Partner Manager at IBM, managing significant employee relations and people processes. Utkarsh's career also features roles in global mobility, learning and development, and earlier technical experience as a Systems Engineer at Infosys. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HRM from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Information Technology from IEC-CET.
