Rakhi Sinha

Rakhi Sinha serves as the Head of HR for Cross Country Healthcare since July 2025. Previously, Rakhi held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Calsoft, managing HR for a 1300+ employee IT products and services firm from October 2021 to January 2025. From April 2019 to October 2021, Rakhi was the Head of HR at Neilsoft Limited, overseeing HR initiatives for a workforce of over 1200 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Business HR Head for HCL, where Rakhi led the HR integration following the acquisition of Geometric, and extensive roles at Geometric as Global Business HR Head, where management of HR frameworks was emphasized. Overall, Rakhi possesses over 15 years of strategic HR leadership across multiple sectors, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
