Sohini Roy

Sohini Roy has extensive experience in human resources, having served as HR Head for South & West and HR Business Partner for Weddingz at OYO from August 2019 to March 2022. Prior to this role, Sohini held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Avanti Learning Centres from May 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for over 400 employees across multiple locations, implementing HR policies, managing employee induction and exit processes, performance management, payroll processing, employee engagement, grievances, and talent management. Sohini holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Jadavpur University.
