Stuart E. Marcus has a strong background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and benefits management. Stuart E. started their career as an HRIS Analyst at Ryder System, Inc. in 1997, where they were responsible for evaluating, analyzing, designing, and maintaining the company's HR information systems. Stuart E. later moved on to become a Desktop Publisher and a System Analyst, focusing on distance education and Learning Management Systems. Stuart then joined The GEO Group, Inc. in 2005, where they steadily progressed from HR Analyst to HR Manager, and eventually became the Director of HR Systems. In this role, they contributed to the design and development of Strategic Corporate Goals, implemented HRIS initiatives, and generated management reports on a range of HR issues. Stuart then joined ADP Totalsource in 2014 as an HR Business Partner, working across all HR disciplines to provide human capital management expertise to clients. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director HRIS and Benefits at Cross Country Healthcare, where they oversee the design, delivery, and support of the company's enterprise-wide HRIS. Stuart is also responsible for prioritizing process and system improvement initiatives and serves as the primary point of contact for critical projects and HR technology.

Stuart E. Marcus completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Administration from Barry University between 1998 and 2001. Stuart E. then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in HRM from Nova Southeastern University between 2002 and 2004.
