Romana Brown

Romana came to Cross Creek from Wasatch Advisors where she was a member of the senior operations team. During her 12-year tenure at Wasatch, she oversaw account reconciliations, improved processes, and trained operations employees. At Cross Creek, she utilizes her expertise to provide critical support for the director of finance and operations, compliance officer, and investment team. She works diligently within the firm to maintain data integrity, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and optimize planning, processes, and workflow.

Romana holds a bachelor’s degree in international business management from Westminster College.
