Nina Matthews - Chartered Fcipd

Nina Matthews is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Cross Keys Homes since June 2021, Nina has previously held significant roles including Complaints Investigation Officer at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, and HR Business Partner at Cross Keys Homes. Additional experience includes positions such as Interim HR Advisor at Rutland County Council, Human Resources Manager at Bluestar Fibres Company, and Personnel in the Royal Air Force. Nina Matthews holds a BA Honours Degree in Business Administration from Staffordshire University, with foundational education at Sir Roger Manwoods Grammar School.
