Daniel Poindexter

Daniel Poindexter serves as the Head of Company Operations at Cross Mountain Capital since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Sales Architect at EasyKnock, where the innovative residential sale leaseback program was developed, and Agency Owner at Berwick Insurance Group, focusing on Medicare and insurance prospecting. Daniel also held senior positions at Spring Venture Group as a Senior Producer, advising Medicare clients, and managed cruise bookings as a Loyalty and Cruise Expert at Carnival Cruise Lines. Additional experience includes music direction and sales internships with Carnival Cruise Lines and a background as a musician. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from Truman State University and a degree in Data Science from Springboard.
