Nyasha Gwata

Nyasha Gwata is a seasoned professional in recruitment and corporate engagement, currently serving as Managing Director and Mining Recruiter at The Gem ZW since February 2021. In addition to this role, Nyasha is a Recruiter for both HireChain and Cross Path as of July 2023 and has been involved with The GVI Trust in corporate engagement since September 2020. Previous experience includes positions as a Recruitment Consultant at Precision Recruitment International from September 2016 to January 2020, and at Head Hunters International Consulting Services from August 2015 to May 2016. Nyasha began a career in human resources as an HR Trainee at Lorimak Africa from August 2014 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include a BCom in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and attendance at Gateway High School.
