Julie Schechter

Julie Schechter is the Director at Cross River. Previous to that, they were the Chief Compliance Officer at Synchrony Financial from July 2014 to April 2018. Julie was also the Chief Compliance Officer at GE Capital from May 2011 to July 2014. Prior to that, they were a shareholder at Gregory and Adams, P.C. from September 1999 to December 2004. Julie Schechter has been in the legal field for many years and has a lot of experience in compliance and working with large institutions.

Julie Schechter attended Brown University and earned a BA in Political Science. Julie then went on to The University of Texas School of Law and earned their JD.
