Harrison Cramer is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative solutions and leading technical projects. Currently, as a Senior Software Engineer at Crossbeam, Harrison has spearheaded key initiatives in billing architecture and user onboarding, driving the company's transition to a product-led revenue strategy while enhancing customer retention through A/B testing of features. Previous roles include software engineering at Harvard University, where Harrison delivered a unique research tool, and at loQL, where the development of a caching solution for GraphQL improved efficiency and performance.
