Antonia Manohar

Antonia Manohar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Antonia started their career as a Freelance Columnist at HBAdvantage in 2012. Antonia then worked as a Staff Writer/Editorial Assistant at SLACK Incorporated from 2013 to 2014, where they wrote segments for Orthopedics Today Magazine and was responsible for writing daily press releases and proofing books. In 2015, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Technical Writer, working on projects such as creating workflow diagrams, procedural documents, and flow charts for the V-TMF system. Antonia also conducted interviews with subject matter experts to outline roles and responsibilities. Later in the same year, Antonia joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Procedural Document Writer, supporting various subject areas in Regulatory and participating in Simplification initiatives. Antonia facilitated a Protocol Development workshop to address existing gaps. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at DePuy Synthes Companies as a Technical Writer. In 2019, Antonia became a Senior Technical Writer at CrossBorder Solutions, where they designed and implemented a comprehensive User Guide for new analysts/clients and accurately recorded standard operating procedures by interviewing and shadowing analysts. Their most recent position is at Bristol Myers Squibb, which they joined in 2020 as a Procedural Document Writer.

Antonia Manohar attended Ursinus College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General. Antonia then pursued further education at Rowan University from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master's Degree with a concentration in Journalism, specifically in the field of Writing.
