Mandeep Shah is an Associate at Crossboundary. Prior to joining Crossboundary, Mandeep Shah was the Business Development & Innovation Manager at Msingi East Africa from March 2017 to August 2021, where they focused on identifying high potential sectors through rigorous market research, exploring innovative trends and economic frameworks, while supporting the development of a pipeline of industries that Msingi may focus on in the long term.

From December 2012 to February 2017, Mandeep Shah was a Consultant Analyst at PKF East Africa where they were engaged in Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects including the development of national stadia in Kenya, and university student hostel accommodation for 30,000 students, as part of the Kenya Vision 2030. During their time at PKF East Africa, Mandeep Shah gained significant experience in business valuations, due diligence, business planning and analysis, finance mandates and feasibility studies, for both start-ups and existing companies, in a range of sectors from healthcare, renewable energy, consumer goods and manufacturing in East Africa. Mandeep was also involved in fund raising for several companies while conducting negotiations with various financial institutions.
