Lekshmy Iyer has worked in various positions in different companies. lekshmy started their career as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys in 2009 and worked there until 2012. lekshmy later worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Essar from July 2012 to January 2013. Following this, they had a role as a Clerk at Abhyudaya Co-Operative Bank Ltd. from 2014-2016. In 2022, they worked as an Intern at OakNorth from April to September, and is currently an Associate Security Engineer at Crossbow Labs since September 2022.

Lekshmy Iyer completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, in March 2020, they obtained a certification in CEH (Practical) from EC-Council.
