Karen Schou Hansen

Karen Schou Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Karen is currently working at Crossbridge Energy as a People & Culture Director. Prior to that, they worked at Orifarm as the Director of HR Business Partnering & Organizational Development. In this role, they were responsible for building and establishing strategic cooperation between management groups and HR Business Partners, as well as facilitating organizational development and supporting the company's culture transformation. Before Orifarm, Karen worked at TV 2 DANMARK A/S as a Human Resource Consultant and at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind as a Senior HR Consultant. Karen also has experience working at Vestas Wind Systems A/S as a Senior HR Consultant and as the Director of People & Culture. Additionally, Karen worked at Activator Group A/S as a Managing Consultant and at Netværk Danmark as a Consultant.

Karen Schou Hansen received their Master's degree in Humanistic Studies with a focus on Religions from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in the years 1993-2000. In 2005-2006, they obtained a certification in Business Coaching from Bartholdy Executive Coaching. From 2006 to 2008, Karen pursued HD Organisation courses at Syddansk Universitet. In 2013-2015, they engaged in Organizational Psychology studies at Complead.
