Oana G. is an experienced Chief of Staff with a proven track record in enhancing executive productivity and developing strategic initiatives across multiple organizations. At Crossbridge Energy since October 2021, Oana has streamlined the CEO’s operations and optimized communication strategies. Previously, at Metrie, Oana successfully established a company-wide charitable giving program, and while at GMP FirstEnergy, Oana improved donation strategies and led cross-functional teams to implement risk management systems. Oana's career began at Saipem, where coordination of a significant office move and management of administrative staff were key responsibilities. Oana holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from The University of British Columbia.
