Tom Carluccio, Jr., MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Tom began their career at New York Life where they worked as a Sales Agent from June 2005 to April 2006.

In 2006, they joined eLayaway where they held multiple positions including Director of Merchant Relations, Senior Product Director, and Vice President of Information Technology and Operations Management. During their time at eLayaway, Carluccio streamlined processes and communication, reduced operational costs, and led the overall evolution of the customer and merchant experience. Tom also developed and implemented the eLayaway Merchant Integration Center and served as the technical liaison between sales, marketing, and development.

In 2012, Carluccio co-founded Ding Me, LLC and served as the COO and Co-Founder. Tom led market research efforts, utilized Agile Development methodology, and was responsible for product ownership and overall user experience.

From 2013 to 2016, Carluccio served as the CEO and Founder of Octane, Inc. In this role, they developed and executed the strategic vision of the company, managed enterprise-level relationships, and acted as a senior consultant for operations and IT infrastructure.

Carluccio joined CrossCap in 2016 and held various positions including Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and VP of Product Management. During their time at CrossCap, they created and implemented a product strategy, collaborated with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, and guided product teams across the entire product portfolio.
