Service Account Manager at CrossCom

Marjorie Chabot has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 as a Store Systems Developer at Ahold Information Services. Marjorie then moved to BI-LO in 2005 as a Software Developer before joining Pomeroy in 2010 as the Director of the Global Service Desk where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Getronics as the Regional Director of the Service Desk for North America. Following that, they returned to Pomeroy in 2019 as the Director of Operations for the Service Desk. Currently, they hold the position of Service Account Manager at CrossCom since September 2020.

Marjorie Chabot completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Clemson University between 1996 and 2001. In addition to their degree, they also obtained two certifications. In June 2011, they became an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer from Oracle. Furthermore, in March 2015, they obtained the HDI Support Center Manager (SCM) certification from HDI.
