Karalee Britt is a seasoned professional in the auditing and compliance field, currently serving as a Partner and Director at CrossCountry Consulting since September 2014. Prior experience includes a role as an Audit & Compliance Executive with an independent consulting practice in mid-2014, Vice President of Internal Audit at Strayer Education, Inc. from 2007 to 2013, and Vice President of Internal Audit at The Mills Corporation from 2000 to 2007. Karalee began the professional career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP. Karalee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The George Washington University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
