Victoria Motes is an accomplished professional with a robust background in business transformation and process improvement. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Transformation at CrossCountry Consulting since April 2023, Victoria previously held the role of Senior Customer Value Manager at Celonis, where responsibilities included driving sustainable outcomes for a Fortune 100 account. Victoria also spent nearly nine years at PwC, advancing from Continuous Improvement & Automation Manager to Senior Manager, leading the idea2innovation team to enhance client value through innovative solutions.
