Ralph Vitiello

RALPH VITIELLO is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in business development and sales leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since February 2024, Ralph previously held the title of Regional Vice President of Sales at Northpointe Bank from October 2018 to February 2024, where RALPH focused on innovative mortgage products and underwriting. Prior to that role, Ralph was the Senior Managing Director of Retail Sales at Home Point Financial, overseeing sales branches and operations along the East Coast. Ralph's career began as CEO of Maverick Funding Corporation from 2007 to 2014, where responsibilities included leading the overall direction, financial performance, and compliance of the company. Ralph holds an Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, and Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
