Yoko Okano

Yoko Okano is a founding partner at First Row Partners, focusing on investments in pre-seed technology companies that empower diverse data ownership and innovation. Currently serving as a scout for Crosscut Ventures and a lecturer for the University of Washington's Master of Science in Entrepreneurship program, Yoko teaches a course on venture execution and planning. As an advisory board member at Find Ventures, Yoko advocates for entrepreneurs aiming to tackle significant challenges through accessible funding opportunities. Additionally, Yoko participates as an angel investor and mentor at various organizations, including Venture Out and the Seattle Angel Conference, where responsibilities included managing fund operations and facilitating educational initiatives for investors.
