Lisa-Marie Breuer is a seasoned professional in CRM consulting, currently serving as a Senior CRM Consultant at Spotler DACH, previously known as CrossEngage, since January 2023. Breuer co-founded smart relations, a CRM consulting firm focused on enhancing customer relationships and unlocking business potential. Previous experience includes roles as an eCRM Marketing Manager at Finanzcheck and a marketing associate at New Horizons Franchisezentrale DACH, where responsibilities encompassed campaign management, online presence optimization, and social media content creation. Breuer holds a Master of Science in eCommerce from Fachhochschule Wedel and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Hamburg, complemented by international academic experience at IPAG Business School.
