André Simões

André Simões is the current Product Line Manager for X-Viewer at Crossjoin Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Architect at Xpand IT from October 2008 to June 2018. There, they were responsible for Big Data systems architecture, Business Intelligence systems architecture and development, and Mobile device application architecture and development for Windows Mobile systems and Embedded Linux systems. André was also a J2EE Web Applications developer and Pentaho and MySQL Training. From September 2007 to July 2008, they worked as a Trainee at Portugal Telecom - Sistemas de Informação where they developed a Master Thesis on Business Intelligence Metadata Management for structural impact analysis. Lastly, from February 2004 to February 2005, they worked as a Trainee at INESC where they developed Mobile applications on industrial PDA devices using the .NET Compact framework and wireless networks.

They work with Paulo Cunha - Delivery Manager, Competence Center, Mauro Farracha - Delivery and Engagement Manager, and Rodrigo Garcia - Delivery Executive Leader. André Simões reports to João Modesto, CEO.
