Joel Klassen

Joel Klassen is an experienced design manager specializing in communications systems, currently working at Crosslinx Transit Solutions since November 2019, overseeing systemwide design management, procurement, installation, and implementation for the crosstown LRT. Previous roles include assistant project manager for communications systems on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT and project coordinator at Birnie Electric Limited, where Joel handled large-scale construction projects using tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Joel's skill set is further enhanced by engineering and technician roles at several organizations, including Zeton, Biorem, and Natural Resources Canada, where responsibilities ranged from design and analysis to operation and maintenance of various systems and equipment.
