Rodri Fernández Touza

Rodri Fernández Touza has over 10 years of experience in the field. Rodri began their career in 2011 as a Robotics Researcher at CEIT-IK4. Rodri then became a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Industrial Technology Lagos in 2013 and also studied Biomedical Engineering at Universidad de Navarra that same year. In 2015, Rodri joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant and also became Head of Operations for Generation Spain at McKinsey.org. In 2019, they became an Investor - Growth Equity at LeapFrog Investments. In 2021, Rodri Co-Founded Paella Labs and became an Investor at Atomico. Rodri also began Sitting at Zen Monastery that same year. Most recently, in 2022, Rodri Co-Founded Crossmint and is currently serving as Co-Founder & Janitor.

Rodri Fernández Touza has a diverse educational background. Rodri attended University of Navarra from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, they participated in an Exchange Programme at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Rodri also attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2012. From 2014 to 2017, they were part of the Young Talent Program at IESE Business School. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and in 2020 they began a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Harvard University, although they dropped out of the program in 2022.
