Katie Castillo

Katie Castillo has a varied work experience. In 2020, they joined CrossnoKaye as the Recruiting Lead and Recruiting Specialist. In this role, they managed the company's entire recruitment functions as a team of one, scaling the company across all functions of the business. Katie also managed full cycle recruiting efforts. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at AppleOne as an Assistant Branch Manager and Senior Recruiter. Her duties included internal management, account management, sales, and recruiting. In 2013, they worked as a Volleyball Coach for the Santa Barbara Volleyball Club.

Katie Castillo attended Dos Pueblos Senior High School before completing their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General at Azusa Pacific University between 2008 and 2012. During that time, they also took courses at La Trobe University in 2010.
