Patrice Williams has a diverse professional background with a strong focus on education, communications, and advocacy. Currently serving as Board Secretary for Disability Advocates of Northwest North Carolina Inc. since January 2022, Patrice also contributes as a Columnist for BioNews Inc., writing bi-monthly advocacy columns for epidermolysisbullosanews.com. As the Director of Communications at Crossnore Communities for Children since December 2018, Patrice leverages communication skills developed in previous roles, including as a Middle School Spanish Teacher at Redeemer School and a PR and Content Specialist at Trinity Christian Counseling, PLLC. Patrice started in education as a High School Spanish Teacher in both Guilford County and Pitt County Schools after earning a Bachelor's of Science in Hispanic Studies from East Carolina University.
