Shawn Aitken

Shawn Aitken began their work experience in 2013 at Cummins Inc, where they worked as a Lab Ops Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and managing projects for facility and test cell improvement. Shawn also provided support to the facility team in maintaining test cell operations.

In 2015, Aitken joined Mecano Tech Inc as a Member of the Board of Directors. Shawn held this position until January 2021.

Since 2017, Aitken has been working at Crosspoint Power & Refrigeration. Shawn started as a Sales Manager and held this role until March 2020. Shawn then became the VP of Sales and Marketing until August 2022. Currently, they serve as the VP/GM of the Carrier Division.
