Head Of Fundraising And Engagement at CrossReach

Craig Wills has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Fundraising and Engagement at CrossReach since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Donor Relations Manager at CrossReach from January 2021 to April 2023, where they played a significant role in increasing forecast income from various appeals and implementing a successful fundraising strategy.

Before joining CrossReach, Craig worked at Morgan Stanley in wealth management operations from July 2020 to January 2021. Craig also held positions at Scope, where they served as a Community Fundraising Manager and later as a Senior Community Relationships Exec from October 2016 to September 2019. Additionally, they served on the Community SIG group committee at the Institute of Fundraising from August 2017 to September 2019.

Craig also gained valuable experience at Anthony Nolan, where they worked in various community fundraising roles from September 2011 to June 2016. Craig started as a Community Fundraising Assistant and progressed to become a Community Fundraiser and later a Community Fundraising Coordinator. Craig also interned as an Events Intern during this time.
