Steven Boyd McIpd

Steven Boyd MCIPD is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at CrossReach since May 2020, Steven also holds the position of Chair at WRVS Benevolent Trust since January 2018. Previous roles include Senior HR Partner at the Royal Voluntary Service from January 2009 to March 2020, and Board Member of the Mobility and Access Committee Scotland, providing advisory support to the Scottish Minister on equality, access, and transport issues from February 2009 to September 2010. Additional experience includes an interim role as Regional HR Manager at Hilton Worldwide in 2008 and a range of HR leadership positions across multiple industries from 1995 to 2008, including Blackadders Solicitors and Schlumberger. Steven holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Management from Abertay University, along with Chartered Membership from the CIPD.
