At Dunkin' Brands, Ashley overhauled store policies to a more manageable and correct system, which included call-off and tardy policies, inventory management, daily scheduling plan and implemented break schedules. Ashley also helped implement regular management meetings to gauge employee satisfaction and receive feedback for latest ideas put forth by upper management. In addition to their managerial duties, Ashley also excelled at customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, regular store maintenance, filing vendor invoices, confirming drawer counts, opening/closing the store, and preparing daily cash deposits for transfer.
