Trevor Steinbacher

Trevor Steinbacher is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in sports management and youth programming. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Crossroads Charter Schools of Kansas City, Trevor previously held the role of Association Director of Sports at YMCA of Greater Omaha, where oversight and support for the Youth Sports Department were key responsibilities. Trevor's earlier positions include Sports Director at Mid-County YMCA, Recreation Specialist at City of Nixa Parks and Recreation, and Graduate Assistant at Wichita State University Campus Recreation, focusing on student recruitment and development. Trevor began a career in intramural sports supervision at Emporia State University. Trevor holds a Master of Education in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Emporia State University.
