Derriona Kay currently serves as the Development & Community Relations Assistant at the Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America, since March 2023. Previously, Derriona worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cigna from January 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included preparing and maintaining employment records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations. Prior experience also includes serving as a Training Coordinator at Scalable Press, where performance development initiatives were implemented to enhance staff performance and sales, as well as holding the position of Sales Lead at Pandora, focusing on maximizing sales and customer engagement. Derriona is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Ivy Tech Community College, expected to graduate in December 2025.
