Operations Team

The Operations Team at the Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America, is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of Scouting programs across central Indiana. This team oversees logistical support, financial management, and community engagement initiatives, while also coordinating volunteer efforts and developing strategies to enhance youth participation and program effectiveness. Their collaborative efforts contribute to delivering high-quality experiences for the 28,000 young people served in the region.
