John MacDonald has been working in the social services field for over 20 years. John started their career at Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) - Cape Cod as the Director of Community Fundraising/Interim Director NOAH Shelter. John then moved to Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses where they were the External Relations and Volunteer Management. John then worked at Pine Street Inn from January 1997 until March 2012 when they became the Director of Men's Emergency Programs. John is currently the Chief Program Officer, Housing & Support Services at CROSSROADS RHODE ISLAND.
John MacDonald has a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University.
John MacDonald reports to Karen Santilli, CEO. They work with Laura Calenda - Chief Marketing & Philanthropy Officer, Gordon Fox - VP, Operations, and Michelle Wilcox - President.
