Robert Paden

Robert Paden has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Robert is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Crossroads Solar since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at The Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) from November 2017 to September 2022, where they were responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of initiatives. Robert also implemented the Hoshin Kanri strategic planning tools and aligned targets to improve performance. Before ATC, Paden was the CEO at ALA North America from June 2016 to November 2017.

Paden also held various roles at ATC Trailers, Joslyn Sunbank-Danaher/Meggitt PLC/Esterline, B/E Aerospace Inc, Honeywell Aerospace, Fairchild Fasteners/Alcoa Fastening Systems, and UNC Airwork Corporation. These roles include Lean Champion, President, Vice President/General Manager, and Program Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated leadership in lean transformations, new product development, strategic planning, and P&L management.

Throughout their career, Paden has consistently achieved growth and operational efficiencies while driving strategic initiatives. With their extensive experience and expertise, they have demonstrated an ability to lead and grow companies in diverse industries.

Robert Paden has a strong education background in business and aerospace engineering. Robert first pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they studied Aerospace Engineering at Tri-State University from 1980 to 1982.

Continuing their education, Robert undertook a Certification in Lean Enterprise at the University of Tennessee in 1998. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between the years 1999 and 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Robert also obtained a certification in Lean Enterprise from the University of Tennessee. However, the specific date of obtaining this certification is unavailable.
