Robert D'Annibale is a seasoned professional in business development and corporate strategy, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development (M&A) at Crossroads since June 2025. Prior to this role, Robert was Head of Corporate Strategy, Development & Growth at Forge Health, where responsibilities included leading corporate development efforts, executing M&A strategies, and overseeing the launch of key strategic initiatives.
