Shweta Singh has over twelve years of work experience. In 2008, they began their career as a Sales Specialist at Ozone Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Shweta then moved to Qatar Airways in 2009, where they worked as an Assistant Supervisor - Operations. In 2010, they joined Jet Airways as a Customer Care Officer, and then Kingfisher Airlines as a Guest Relations Officer in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an Associate Manager at Appin Online Solution Private Limited, Delhi. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Associate Manager-Human Resources at Primordial Center of Excellence - Haryana Skill Development Mission. Shweta then worked as an HR Manager at Ingenious e-Brain from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are a Senior Manager at CrossTower India, a Web 3.0 global Company offering NFTs, Blockchain, Metaverse, Fund products.

Shweta Singh completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science - BSc in Chemistry, Zoology from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University.
