Brett Kugler earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University. This degree was obtained between 1990 and 1995. Additionally, they again pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University, although the specific dates for this second degree are not provided.
