Debra Ferguson

Debra Ferguson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at CrossVue, Ferguson also holds the position of Founder at AskingHeR and was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Hunova. Prior experience includes roles as Partner and HR & Talent Transformation Market Leader at IBM, and Managing Director and NA HR Transformation Practice Leader at Grant Thornton LLP. Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from DePaul University.
