Harpreet Kaur

Harpreet Kaur has a diverse and extensive work experience across multiple companies and roles. Harpreet currently holds the position of Senior Director - People Solutions Leader at CrossVue, where they have been since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at CrossCountry Consulting, IBM, Meteorix, Wipro Technologies, CareFusion, Mitchell International, Scripps Health, and Atec Software. Their roles encompassed positions such as Associate Director, Senior Managing Business Consultant, Senior Business Consultant, and Lead HCM and Compensation Consultant. Their experience spans across areas such as people solutions, business consulting, HR programs, and project management.

Harpreet Kaur completed a Certificate in Project Management from UC San Diego from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they also obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego. Harpreet earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Nagpur University from 1994 to 1998 and a Diploma in Computer from CDAC, New Delhi in 1998-1999.
